Linda Shesto is the Founder of Calm and Centered Consulting. She has worked with people of all ages and backgrounds to discover the hidden layers affecting their actions in life. She believes that there is more to your life than you can see from where you are standing. As more and more people sought out her help, Linda gave up the security of a 9 to 5 job and decided that helping people was her passion. She has been a creative entrepreneur, author and teacher for over a decade.
She is dedicated to looking at the fundamentals of turning your dreams into reality while living a life of joy.
